Principle One Hong Kong's top specialist financial technology services provider is moving. Principle One’s new office in Central is as technically savvy as the teams that will be working there.

Less than a year since the last move, solid and consistent growth means that Principle One has outgrown its current address. A new home has become vital. But it won’t be the only one. Demand for Principle One’s solutions and services is growing almost daily so the next office project is already underway. As soon as the team is established in its new home, Principle One will start work on opening an office in Singapore.

This important investment enables Principle One to improve the quality of its quotation and billing process with its clients while more rapidly placing and more closely tracking purchases from its business partners and suppliers. In addition it will enable more accurate stock control of Amulet Hotkey products for which we are sole distributor in Asia ex Japan. Principle One has signed a three year lease for approximately 3,700 ft² on the 56th floor of The Center in Hong Kong. The new space is triple the size of Principle One’s current (rather overcrowded) premises and will include a laboratory, computer room and conference facilities amongst others. The challenge of designing and fitting out the new facility has been assigned to One Space Limited. All operations are expected to be relocated to the new facility by the 3rd of October. Principle One completes its first project in Taipei. Successfully completing its second major project for this US based Hedge Fund, Principle One installed a complete technology infrastructure for their new office located in Taipei 101 Tower, the tallest building in the world. PCCW presents Principle One with the “Gold Partner” award. Working closely with PCCW has been important for delivering a highly tailored, effective set of services to our clients. To celebrate our second birthday, we sent out over 40 Principle One birthday cakes to clients and friends of the company. Principle One completes its first project in Seoul. Providing onsite technology support for a global hedge fund’s annual conference presented Principle One with its first opportunity to operate in Seoul. We ensured the smooth running of the computing and telecommunications infrastructure as well as the user equipment so delegates both stayed connected to their day to day business and made the most of the conference itself.
